House Rules Welcome to our home! We are excited to have you as our guest. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and follow these house rules: Children & Infants: Children and infants are welcome! For your convenience, we provide a baby bath basket and pack-and-play. Please place the used pack-and-play sheet in the laundry hamper for cleaning after use. Supervision is essential: Please never allow children to roam unsupervised on the deck or outdoors. Electrical outlets are present throughout the home. We ask that you exercise extreme caution and keep children away from them. Safety in the kitchen & laundry area: Please keep children away from under the kitchen sink and the laundry room. Railings: For safety reasons, do not allow children to climb on the railings. Pac-Man Pub Table: Please ensure children do not sit unsupervised at the Pac-Man pub table. Pets: Pets are welcome to stay with you during your visit. Pick up after your pet: Please ensure that you clean up any waste left by your pet during your stay. Do not leave pets unattended inside the house or on the deck. Please use the gate at the top of the entry steps to enclose the deck, allowing your pet to roam freely in a safe, contained area. Doggy doo-doo bags are provided at the bottom of the entry steps for your convenience. We also provide a doggy bed and water/food bowls for your pet’s comfort. Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the home, on the deck, or in/around any of the amenities including but not limited to the hot tub, sauna and fireplace. This is to ensure a clean, healthy environment for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation! Fireplace & Fire Pit: The fireplace is electronic and available for use during your stay. Please note that no wood burning is allowed in the fireplace. You are welcome to use the fire pit located in front of the deck during your stay. Please be sure to bring your own firewood and use responsibly. No liquid accelerants are to be used. More information will be provided upon booking. Shoes & Entry: We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the house. Please place your shoes on the rubber mats provided in the entryway to the left of the stairs. Caution: Please watch your step when coming around the corner to avoid tripping on shoes left on the mats. Deck Usage: The maximum capacity on the deck is 10 people at a time. This ensures the deck’s weight capacity is not exceeded and helps prevent accidents. Kitchen Guidelines: Do not allow food to go down the drain: Please avoid putting food scraps down the drain. Empty food catcher baskets into the trash to keep the kitchen clean and the plumbing in good working order. Toilet Paper: Please use only toilet paper provided for flushing in the toilets. No other items (including wipes) should be flushed, as they can clog the plumbing. Parties & Celebrations: Celebrations are welcome, but we ask that you refrain from hosting parties involving excessive alcohol consumption or exceeding 10 guests (unless arranged in advance). For the safety and comfort of all guests, please respect this policy. We appreciate your cooperation with these house rules, which are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. You’ll have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, sauna, and the expansive deck.
